Green Rock

Green Rock is a 99%-owned copper-gold project located in the Ashburton Mineral Field of the southern Pilbara region of Western Australia — an established and highly prospective mining jurisdiction.

At a glance

  • Commodity: Copper-Gold
  • Ownership: 99%
  • Area: 31.5km² (tenement E08/3725, awarded October 2025)
  • Prospects: Five discrete copper-gold prospects, with additional exploration targets identified

Geology

Green Rock is hosted within the Proterozoic Ashburton Basin, a geological province recognised as prospective for copper and gold mineralisation. Extensive surface mineralisation, including widespread malachite development, indicates the presence of copper-rich hydrothermal systems, with mineralisation associated with favourable structural corridors and intrusive contacts.

Drilling Programme

Green Rock remains largely underexplored, with no modern systematic drilling completed to date.. In June 2026, the Company completed an initial programme of 110 surface samples which returned high-grade copper and gold assays, validating historic exploration data and expanding the known extent of surface mineralization.  The programme also identified additional mineralised zones associated with interpreted fault structures and dyke contacts, strengthening confidence in the project’s exploration potential.

Selected surface results:
  • Green Rock Prospect: Channel samples up to 1m @ 14.1% Cu, with associated gold values to 1.1g/t Au
  • Ming Bore North: Rock-chip samples up to 54.5% Cu, with gold values to 1.47g/t Au
  • Green Hat: Rock-chip result of 3.1% Cu and 0.13g/t Au
  • Glen Florrie: Historic small-scale copper production (13.6% Cu); rock-chip samples up to 22.1% Cu and 2.2g/t Au

Prospects

The presence of multiple high-grade copper-gold occurrences across the project, combined with the absence of modern systematic drilling, highlights significant discovery potential. Current work is focused on generating drill-ready targets to test for extensions of mineralisation at depth and along strike.
