James Parsons is a seasoned energy sector executive, with extensive experience in energy operations, corporate leadership, capital markets and strategic transactions, particularly within the AIM environment. With 12 years in Royal Dutch Shell and over 10 years’ executive experience across multiple AIM listed energy businesses, he has a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects, securing capital for high-growth ventures, and originating value-enhancing asset acquisitions. He is a qualified accountant and holds a BA Honours in Business Economics.

Gerry is a Chartered Director and Chartered Accountant. He is an experienced Director, Advisor, CEO and Finance professional with a demonstrated history of working at the most senior level. He has over 20 years of experience in cleantech, sustainable energy and capital markets.

Ed Mead is a geologist with over 30 years' experience in gold and base metals exploration, mine development and mine production across Western Australia, including the Pilbara, Yilgarn, Murchison and Kimberley regions. He holds a BSc in Geology from Canterbury University, New Zealand, is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and acts as Forgent's Competent Person for exploration results and mineral resource reporting under the JORC Code.

Allan Younger is a professional geologist with 50 years' experience in the exploration and evaluation of mineral deposits across a wide range of commodities, including gold, nickel, copper, zinc, platinum group elements and uranium. He holds a Diploma in Applied Geology from the Bendigo Institute of Technology and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has held senior roles including Exploration Manager for Artemis Resources and Chief Geologist for Marathon Resources, and served as Principal Geochemist for Ma'aden Gold & Base Metals Company in Saudi Arabia through his own consultancy, Indigo Geochemistry Pty Ltd.

Exploration Manager with 25+ years across the mining and petroleum industries, spanning gold, nickel, iron, vanadium and oil & gas exploration in Western Australia and South East Asia. Currently leads exploration at RiversGold Ltd, following senior roles at Meeka Metals, Wiluna Mining Corporation and almost two decades at Woodside Energy. Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Geology from Curtin University.
